In 2020, I started thinking about converting my capital into a stable currency and a predictable real estate market, compared different markets, and chose Thailand.
I tried three times to purchase property in Phuket through agents and each time faced the same issues:

This led to the idea of creating a new-format agency — one that supports clients at every stage, from property selection to ownership and subsequent rental.
